Pop-up urinals 'weird, disgusting' (Song: "Pop Goes the Weasel")

A $500,000 plan to install permanent outdoor urinals for drunk men in Sydney has been attacked as disgusting and potentially law breaking.

Sydney City Council Liberal councillor Edward Mandla labelled the roll out of permanent outdoor pop-up urinals as "weird", warning the council it was encouraging men to expose themselves and break the law.

Five months ago, 4-year-old Jasmine Hudson launched a message in a bottle off the shores of Bournemouth, England.

She hoped the message would reach her aunt across the English Channel in Guernsey.

On September 13th, that bottle arrived in Australia.
